ROSEMARY KURIAN

She is a trainer, educator and a psychotherapist with over 15 years of extensive industry experience in apparel, retail, and general insurance verticals and has been associated with brands like Madura Garments, ICICI Lombard, Indian Bank etc. She offers training programs to corporates and individuals. 

She believes that mental health is a fundamental human right, and works to promote it through content and building a community. Her goal is to provide people with access to research-based tools that build mental health and integrate them with technology.

The aim is to enable all to have the option of Living with Integrity, Freedom, and Empathy (L.I.F.E) in order to move towards Autonomy and Homonomy.

She runs Lyminality Pvt Ltd, a human growth and development initiative that offers learning spaces to individuals and groups from all walks of life to grow and thrive. Lyminality promotes mental health by providing training, workshops, and resources for people from all walks of life.
