ABOUT
The word “liminal” comes from the Latin word limens, which means, "threshold."
“… It is when you have left the tried and true, but have not yet been able to replace it with anything else. It is when you are between your old comfort zone and any possible new answer. If you are not trained in how to hold anxiety, how to live with ambiguity, how to entrust and wait, you will run…anything to flee this terrible cloud of unknowing.”
~ Richard Rohr
The caterpillar inside the cocoon has no idea what awaits ahead - the possibility of becoming the magnificent butterfly!
We go through these cocoon like stages of immense uncertainties and being in total darkness. However, we can remain grounded and maintain stillness in times of change with training and practice.
Lyminality offers a range of programs to make this transition smooth and enjoyable.
SERVICES
Lyminality offers counselling and educational interventions. We develop and conduct modules for enhancing Interpersonal Relationships, Positive Communication, Assertiveness, Working in teams & groups, Motivation, Self-Awareness, Creativity and regaining 'Humanness'. Each of these modules is based on concepts that focus on providing tools and techniques not just to initiate change and growth but also to uplift the participants to a place where self-respect and mutual respect becomes the stepping stone to their journey of change. Lyminality creates tailor-made organization-specific modules on request based on detailed need analysis. We also work with children, and adults and offer our flagship program - L.I.F.E | Living with Integrity, Freedom, and Empathy. We take great pride in the progress and success of our clients.

CHANGE AND JOY
These words do not seem to go together, do they? May be it is time look at CHANGE differently. Can we make change our friend? Can we make our Liminal spaces joyful?
I use an array of communication and awareness building exercises to provide coaching services that give you the tools for success.
In addition to 1-on-1 consultations and group sessions, I regularly host workshops and seminars for people who are interested in developing and growing.
"To say Hello rightly is to see the other person, to be aware of him as a phenomenon, to happen to him and to be ready for him to happen to you."
Eric Berne
