This pandemic is a new experience for all of us. So much has changed and we have left a lot behind. It is painful. But it is also a place for new beginnings.
Join us for a series of free online workshops that offer an opportunity to have conversations about using this space to ground ourselves in the current reality, to use our resources to take care of ourselves, and allow transformation to happen.
