Evolve - Growing Up Again with Cycles of Power

Evolve is an opportunity to grow up again with awareness and affirmations. Cycles of Power provides ways to look at your stucknesses and sabotages and offers opportunities to repair, restore, and regenerate.  

The experiential nature of the workshop is designed to give participants insights into their stories so far and options for change and growth. This will be facilitated over 8 sessions, meeting once a week. Through the eight weeks, we would have journeyed along the different stages of the cycles of development together, offering each other affirmations to grow up again.

Evolve is based on Cycles of Development. As we move through life from birth to death, we respond to an internal developmental clock or organizational pattern that prescribes the tasks and skills we need to learn.  Lack of the above can cause gaps in development and creates development needs causing disruptions in our lives. It is possible to evolve by offering ourselves what we may have lacked as we were growing up.
