Indeed, the best way out is through. And yet, when it comes to feelings, we dread journeying through them. Most often we dodge them, especially our unpleasant feelings, either by refusing to feel certain feelings or getting overwhelmed by our feelings while chasing just pleasant feelings. However, it is crucial that we learn to use our feelings to solve problems rather than wallow in them. 

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn the difference between authentic and substitute feelings
  • Explore your beliefs and narratives about feelings
  • Use feelings for meeting needs and problem solving
